MATCHA Green tea has two ways to drink.
For KOICHA (thick tea), pour a small amount of hot water to the generous amount of green tea, slowly move the bamboo whisk (Chasen), built to knead.
For USUCHA (light tea), pour hot water into green tea of about 2g, use as shake to wiggle the the bamboo whisk (Chasen), softly and vertical and quickly.
Both way are very unlike such as green tea in a teapot, it's a unique way to enjoy your MATCHA green tea.
