This kabusecha is called Gion (園 園) in reference to the Kyoto district where you can see the Geiko and Maiko dancing and playing traditional music.

Like all kabusecha teas, it has the characteristic of being both sweet and bitter. It is the result of the sommelier who mixed sencha and gyokuro in a balanced way.
